The Class Assignment
To create a series of international phone cards for a celebration unique to the county chosen. Guidelines were to only use type as image, no other imagery was allowed.
I chose Ireland's Lisdoonvarna's matchmaking festival as my event. I created my imagery by collaging, cutting up, and attaching together personal ads. The dark wood background and the newspaper element went with the pub motif. Each card depicts aspects of the festival, dancing, drinking, and love.
