Setting up a online store for a group (Family Reunion or Spirit Wear)
Sometimes, our customers want to order shirts for the whole group, but they don’t want to front the entire cost of the order: no one likes getting stuck money-collecting from friends and family! We’ve got a great solution: an online store where everyone can purchase exactly the quantity and sizes of shirts they need. We’ll work with you to set a sales goal and a timeframe to run your sale. You can elect to have all orders mailed to one central party, or we can arrange to ship orders individually. To ensure you’re a good candidate for an online store, you need to commit to purchasing at least 24 shirts and have a design created so we know how many colors are in your graphic.
We recommend 2 weeks for selling the shirts, and we need about 2 weeks to fulfill the order, so online stores require a total of 4 weeks (2 weeks to collect sales, 1 week to print, and 1 week for shipping) in order to run smoothly and guarantee that everyone gets their apparel before your big event.

Families aren’t the only ones who can benefit from our online store option! Selling apparel is a great way to raise funds for a group or cause, and we can help you set up your store while you kick back and watch the sales roll in. The best candidates for an online fundraising store will have an extensive social media presence and the time required to advertise your sale: fundraising stores need to commit to purchasing at least 24 shirts, and your design needs to be created before we run the store.
Like doing the online store for a group, we also need 2 weeks to sell the shirts, and 2 weeks to fulfill the order, so online stores need a total of 4 weeks in advance for them to run smoothly.

Minimums and upfront costs.
The minimum amount for a web store is 24 pieces, whether you are a group or a fundraising group. If your online sales fall short of this number, you’ll be responsible for purchasing the remaining shirts to reach 24 pieces. At times, you may be able to use your profits to purchase the additional shirts.
Generally we suggest our stores run for 2 weeks. At the end of that period, we print all the shirts at once, and ship them out. 4 weeks is the ideal amount of time from start to finish for a web store.
Above our standard pricing, web store sales have two fees:
-an additional $1 charge per sale for handling and website maintenance
– a 4% charge on the retail cost to cover credit card transaction fees
Pricing your Items
We can offer some help in determining at what price point you should sell your shirts; however, you have the ability to set the sale price of your apparel. Many people choose to sell t-shirts for around $20-$25.
What Information to include
We can include a logo for your store, plus a few sentences that may include who designed the shirts, where the design inspiration came from, or information about the cause/organization the shirt sales support.
Marketing your store
To get the most out of your web store, we recommend that you get the word out as far and wide as possible: post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, add web store links to your website, make flyers, call your friends and family, do whatever it takes to get those sales rolling in. Let people know that shirts are available for a limited time to encourage sales during the two week store run: a deadline encourages people to buy!
Distributing Your Shirts
Most people choose to have us ship all the shirts directly to the customer, but if you would like to distribute shirts we can put in a no-cost shipping option for picking up the order directly from you or your organization. (This works out well for schools, gyms, and other groups that regularly gather.)
When the store completes its run, we’ll calculate how many shirts you sold, determine which price bracket you fell into (the more shirts you sell the less expensive they get), and we’ll cut you a check for the amount you earned.
