Meet The Switchgrass Spirits Crew left to right: Sarah, Nick, Kate and Pat.

We chatted with Sarah and Kate about their business and here`s what we learned...

Sarah tells us about the business and how they got their start: "We`re a distillery that focuses on making bourbon, rye, brandy, and some delicious bottled cocktails! We wanted to create a business that respected workers, the environment, and customers by creating a quality whiskey that didn`t cut corners and focused on educating consumers about production methods."

Kate tells us about what you should know about their distillery and how it functions: "People often ask what the business hours of our distillery are. We are always so honored that someone is interested enough to want to stop by and we happily welcome visitors for Saturday tours, but we are not otherwise open to the public. Our worker-owned distillery is first and foremost an authentic production space for crafting spirits. We are so proud of it and excited to share it, but there is no front desk or tasting room."

They`re at the Tower Grove Farmers market every Saturday, which is a great place to taste. See slide 5 for more details 😃

Sarah tells us about the t-shirts Tiny has printed for Switchgrass: "We love your soft bella t-shirts...but especially love the way you print by removing the ink...so it doesn`t wear out after a bunch of washings. The shirts look great and people love to wear them, we love giving them away because people get so excited to get one. I see people I don`t know wearing our shirt on the internet now...it has a life of its own!"

We asked Heaven what it was like to work with Tiny Little Monster as an artist...

"This is my second year of working with the Tiny Team for Molly`s in Soulards apparel. With each new project the communication is fast and helpful. Navigating the right file type and color choices the first time was a learning experience for me, but the Tiny team was so nice and helpful when altering the art and making it perfect for our crewnecks. They really took my art to a new level!"

Would you recommend that other artists work with us?

"Absolutely! If you are like me and have no idea where to start with prepping your artwork to be screen printed....they are your guys! They are patient and will help you with any questions you may have! I have learned a lot about preparing artwork for screen printing just by working with them."
