What is a Patch Hat?
Patch hats start with your design being embroidered, woven or sublimated onto a patch. That patch is then sewn or heat-pressed onto the hat. The result is a clean, durable finish with more structure and flexibility than standard embroidery. Custom patches are popular choices for merch, uniforms and everyday brand wear.
